TTL Terminal V1.1 -> V1.2 PCB Changes

1. Changed C3-C7 to 1uF electrolytics due to issues with MAX232EPE chips.

2. Changed the RS232 connector from female to male since this is a terminal (DTE).
   The TXD/RXD and RTS/CTS pins have been swapped over and DTR is asserted.

3. The PIC has been changed to a PIC18F26K83.  This is pin-compatible with the
   previous chip so the PCB has not changed, just the schematic and BOM.

4. The video driver transistors have been re-designed to increase brightness and
   reduce current consumption.

5. Added a buzzer connection.

6. The power LED holes have been enlarged to accommodate a connector.

7. The PCB corners have been rounded off.

8. The schematic sheets have been renamed "TTL Terminal" instead of "VGA Terminal"
